Expo’70 Commemorative Park

Overview

A park totaling approximately 260 hectares in area with a Japanese garden, Natural Culture Park, and a group of facilities for culture, sports, leisure and accommodation, created on the former venue of the Japan World Exposition held in 1970, in commemoration for its success. The Natural Culture Park is situated around the Tower of the sun, the symbol of the Exposition created by the artist Taro Okamoto.
