This park was designed by the late Isamu Noguchi, a world-famous sculptor. The entire park was completed in 2004, with a cherry blossom forest, Play Mountain, tennis courts and playground. The playground was also designed by Isamu Noguchi, and is a work of art that can be appreciated by people of all ages.
